Bridging the Religious Divide is a Salt Lake City community building project. Initiated by Mayor Anderson, the project is designed to bring people from different faith and cultural backgrounds together for an honest, open dialogue on issues that bring us together, as well as those that divide us.

“We can strengthen our community by openly discussing our differences. Our Bridging the Religious Divide Project will give Salt Lake City residents a meaningful opportunity to get to know people from different religions and different cultural and social backgrounds. Exploring ways to discuss these differences and engaging in the dialogue is essential to the health and economic growth of our city, as well as to the creation of a more unified, peaceful city,” said Mayor Anderson.
